The past few weeks I started a close collaboration for a good cause with some ladiez…. power ladiez… I already knew all of them, but now we connected to try and achieve a specific goal. I am amazed at how wonderful this is working out. This is the way I like to work and to be treated. Honest opinions, open discussions, sharing thoughts and plans, brainstorm on how to do this or that, not always on one page, but still finding a way to work things out. But I am most grateful for the way we also take care of each other in the process. A personal phone call “Hey, are you OK?” or at the end of day’s work a heartfelt “Oh, we did not even get a chance to speak to each other today on the work floor!” and today “Girls, we do need to take care of ourselves too ok”. This thing we are doing comes with some stress, we need to be flexible and our coping skills are highly challenged at times, but we are doing awesome, because we help each other out, think together, share brilliant ideas and try to make them come true. I am so proud to be related to these power ladiezzzzz… they know who they are… let’s keep on rocking!
